Ah yes, the REAL Rassie video of the year… (Twitter)

SA Rugby’s director of rugby celebrated his ban from rugby stadiums with a dance video posted to his now infamous official Twitter account.

Erasmus posted:I know some will probably say this is inappropriate, but it’s so lekka to be back in the stadiums!!

He also praised the South African teams for the United Rugby Championship and praised the Stormers supporters for their “lekka (sic) stadium atmosphere”.

World Rugby initially banned Erasmus from all rugby for two months on November 17 last year on the eve of the Springboks’ final year-end game against England at Twickenham, which they lost to the side by Eddie Jones.

Then, the 49-year-old was banned from attending matches until September 30. His first Springbok game will be on November 5, his 50th birthday, when South Africa take on Ireland in Dublin.

Rassie was penalized for his unrestrained video criticizing the officiating of referee Nic Berry and TMO Marius Jonker during the Springboks’ first loss to the British and Irish Lions in July last year.

The 62-minute video also resulted in his employers being fined £20,000 and issued a warning.
