She also sported the striking red dyed hair she debuted in late December, which she wore tied back in a long ponytail.

Penelope got scared with her account last year when it was temporarily deleted due to “multiple” violations of TikTok guidelines, according to Page Six.

Although offenses were not specified, it was likely because account creators had to be at least 13 years old.

When the account was reformulated in November, the name was changed to PandKourt to emphasize that her mother oversaw what she posted.

The video blogging platform has also been controversial for Penelope’s cousin North West and her family.

The account North maintains with her mother Kim Kardashian drew the ire of her father Kanye West after he publicly disapproved of her posting videos.

“As it’s my first divorce, I need to know what should I do to get my daughter put on TikTok against my will?” he complained in a since-deleted Instagram post that featured a screenshot of one of North’s videos.
