Julianne Hough flaunts her abs and underboobs in new dance video on Instagram

    Julianne Hough has a remedy for cold feet before a Broadway show. And she breaks it down with her castmates.

    The POTUS star orchestrated a full behind-the-scenes production of the iconic Shrek 2 bop “Accidentally In Love” by Counting Crows. And if this video isn’t enough to put a smile on your face this Friday morning, I don’t know what will!

    The 33-year-old star played the song from a portable speaker as she went from locker room to locker room wishing her castmates a good show. The entire cast fell apart and then Julianne took her IG followers to her own bedroom where we got a private show of the adorable star shaking her booty.

    We already know that Julianne is a dance pro. (She won the crown with her celebrity partners in Dancing with the stars *twice*, after all.) She went through formal training in the Latin Ballroom at the Center Stage Performing Arts during his childhood, which explains his absolutely expert gestures.

    The dancer, actress and singer still dances regularly, as seen on her IG.

    And she credits her sculpted abs to her varied workouts. Jules shared with Self in 2016 that she loves SoulCycle and trampoline fitness classes. Some of her other favorites include CorePower yoga, cardio dance routines with Tracey Anderson, and CrossFit on the beach.

    Julianne has always set aside time in the morning five days a week to exercise.

    “It sets the tone for the day,” she said Self. “I don’t necessarily do it to make my body look good, I do it because I like it and it’s fun.”

    Jules has also created his own fitness platform, KINRGYwhich offers 45-minute “highly sensory activated dance method” workouts – classes blend elements of tai chi, cardio, bodybuilding, qigong, and energy work… and of course dance! I’m sweating just thinking about the jumpsuit in this Instagram post, TBH!

    As for the food, Jules said women’s health that she tries to avoid foods that cause body inflammation. And one of her favorite post-workout shakes has avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana. Yum!!

    Besides the shake, some of his favorite foods are grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. Plus, she loves Mexican food (I mean who doesn’t!?). “I love tacos and guacamole,” she said W.H.. “I like food!”
